Shipping and Returns

We can currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. We also ship to the United States.

Delivery times depend on the destination. We are based in Belgium so all our goods are sent from the beautiful Belgian capital via our trusted couriers.Transit time estimates are approximate and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

A package of less than 2 kg costs 15.34€ to ship.A package of 2-20 kg costs 4,35 € per kilo + 21,56€ per package.

Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.

We would love to be able to offer this service but we would have to pass this cost on somewhere along the line – and that would mean putting up our prices. We do not want to do that. We prefer to be transparent about postage costs. Perhaps in future if enough of you clamour to purchase from KuDu then the sheer weight of numbers will make free postage a reality. We would be very happy to see that happen!

We operate a no-quibble returns policy if you decide within the 14 days of receipt of the goods that you have changed your mind. As laid out in the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.We will, of course, refund for any goods that are faulty, as long as the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods and we agree that they are in any way defective.

No problem. Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the order. Just send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. If you are in the European Union and you cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving your goods, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days, or if you only cancel part of your order. To cancel, please send your products back having filled out the form online in the ‘returns’ section of our store and we will process your cancellation in accordance with our terms and conditions..

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but we do get busy. We prioritise processing returns, as we like our customers to be happy with all aspects of our service.
